MotorSphere – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MotorSphere mobile application (“MotorSphere”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using MotorSphere, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

To use MotorSphere, you must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. MotorSphere may not be used by individuals prohibited from using online services under applicable law.

2. Your Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your account secure
Not share your login credentials with anyone
Be responsible for all actions taken under your account

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or are found to be harmful to other users, the platform, or the community.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, listings, reels, comments, vehicle details, and other content you upload (“User Content”). By using MotorSphere, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, process, and store the content solely for operating the app.

3.2 Your Responsibilities

You agree not to upload content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination
Includes explicit nudity, violence, or sexual content
Violates intellectual property rights
Contains private or personal information about others without consent
Attempts to impersonate others or misrepresent information

3.3 Content Removal

We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or harms the MotorSphere community. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

4. Marketplace Listings

The Market tab allows users to post vehicles, parts, and automotive merchandise. By using this feature, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing
You comply with applicable laws when posting or selling items
MotorSphere is not involved in any sales, transactions, or disputes
You will not post fraudulent or misleading information

MotorSphere serves only as a platform to display listings; we do not verify ownership or condition of items.

5. Meets & Events

Users can create and join meets or events. MotorSphere does not host, organize, or supervise real-world meets. You agree that:

You participate in events at your own risk
MotorSphere is not liable for incidents, injuries, damages, or conflicts that occur at meets
You will follow all local laws, safety guidelines, and venue rules

6. Reels, Photos, and Videos

You may upload and view automotive-themed video content. You may not upload:

Dangerous driving, street racing, burnouts, or illegal activity
Non-automotive content unrelated to MotorSphere
Copyrighted content you do not have rights to

7. In-App Purchases

Some MotorSphere features require in-app purchases (IAP). All purchases are processed through Apple using their secure payment system.

MotorSphere does not handle or store credit card data.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by Apple’s policies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use MotorSphere for unlawful purposes
Spam users with unwanted messages or promotions
Hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app
Upload malware, bots, or harmful code
Attempt to manipulate app metrics or systems

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Threaten community safety
Abuse reporting or messaging features
Attempt fraud, scams, or impersonation

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support or using available settings.

10. Disclaimers

MotorSphere is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
A specific user experience or feature performance
Accuracy of listings, meets, videos, or user-generated content

MotorSphere is not responsible for user actions, uploaded content, or transactions made outside the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotorSphere is not liable for:

Damages resulting from app use
Losses related to meets, transactions, or events
User disputes or interactions
Content posted by other users

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of MotorSphere means you accept the updated Terms.
